We produce 70% of our kitchen food production requirements internally. In view of that, the Resort has both plant and animal farms producing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, pasture raised eggs and meat for our Guests. We pride ourselves as a group that doesn’t use Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) products in the preparation of any meals we serve.
Guests can choose from a wide variety of outdoor dining locations ranging from our carefully manicured lawns, your balcony, restaurant, river front and gardens.
Our chefs are selective with food suppliers to ensure the livestock used for the meat, seafood and dairy are humanely treated and antibiotic free.
Where food speaks with your palate, as nature teaches us, chase the flavours that give you an oasis of pleasure. Deliciousness jumping into the mouth as you indulge in our standardized 3 to 5 course meals.
